* Dr Nikhil Agarwal is an international expert on ICT & Development. In 2006, he was invited by Dy Secretary General United Nations to serve as High-Level-Advisor to UNGAID. He has previously taught at Virginia Tech, USA; University of Bradford and SPJIMR. He has published over 27 papers in leading research journals like JIBC and IEEE.
